How much do the weight loss programs cost?

JMISKO surgical design md program fees vary by choice and are paid monthly. Initial costs include physical exam, start-up blood test, doctor visit, vitamin supplements and nutritional counseling. A contract is not required.

Not at this time. Payment is expected upon first visit.

Can I deduct my expenses when I file my income taxes?

How fast can I lose weight?

Results depend on the client; many have lost 10 pounds in the first two weeks alone. A safer weight loss goal is 1 or 2 pounds per week. Slow and steady reduction ensures fewer complications and increases the probability the weight will stay off.

Do I have to buy food products?

It is not a requirement to buy anything except fresh and healthy food available at any grocery store.

Can I take fluid pills on the program?

Yes, very mild diuretics can be incorporated during the first few weeks. By first eliminating excess fluid, it's easier to gauge the effectiveness of a particular diet.

What happens on the first visit?

Will I gain the weight back?

Most clients who adhere to the lifestyle changes, including exercise and a healthy diet, can expect to maintain their weight. After you reach your target weight, a gradual reduction in medication will begin unless otherwise recommended.

What type of blood tests will be done?

blood chemistries (potassium, calcium, sugar, etc.)
